Mold Systems were tasked to design and build a 32 cavity mould to produce a threaded closure for the food and beverage FMCG industry.

The original brief was to supply a mould capable of producing quality parts within a 4.2 second cycle time, and this was easily achieved.

The mould produced was of the highest quality, to the tightest of tolerances and within the allocated time.

Overall, our experience with Mold Systems has been positive, and they have now become one of our preferred tooling suppliers, and we will not hesitate in using them for future projects.
